Since 1979, PCS has offered our customers Hardware Maintenance Agreements to provide repairs or replacement for failed hardware (terminals/PC’s) and peripherals we sell and install. Likewise, we have provided customers with Software Support for the Applications we represent. (MealsPlus, POSitouch, CAP, NCR, Hotel Express Check-In)
As Systems became more complex and integrated, or connected to enterprise networks, other vendor applications, and the internet, we have been asked to troubleshoot and resolve problems and failures outside the scope of both our covered hardware and covered software.
In order to provide a single point of contact for these complex issues, we have expanded our offerings as part of a "Suite" of Customer Care Products called "PCS Managed Services". They consist of the following:

These services may be bundled into our present annual support agreements at an additional fee, so that the flow of system support to create maximum "uptime" and less drain on your in-house technical support resources is accomplished with a single point of accountability.
Other services may be "event" or Compliance driven and require specific quotes for engagement.
